Title: (W10) Base bug

I was trying to create a route out of JED but it said I needed more gates (I already had 2 free gates). The result is in the pic below

This just about says it all
I closed the bases a few mins ago but couldn't return the gates

The bug was cured but as soon as I opened at TLV it was back.
I checked my view and buy page and this is what came up

So if I'm correct I can do ABSOLUTLY NOTHING in W10 now  >:(
