Title: [NOT A BUG] W9 wont let me update some routes

When I go to update some of my routes (Philly to Charlotte,Philly to Orlando, Philly to Washington Dulles, and Philly to Cincinati)and when I click the edit button it says invalid airport selection. These are alliance routes (Brokerage House) and when I go to view alliance I now dont see philly listed. Could they have deleted base and instead of closing routes it just locks out editing?
