Title: How to make a focus city ??

I want to know how a I make this.
and for mak a focus city a need to have 4 gates ?
Explain me please

Yep.  You need four gates, and you need to go to a certain page to create the base.  If you are using IE, go to View Gates, and then click Create Base on the toolbar on the right.  If you are using FireFox, it is the Create Base option under the Gates pull-down menu.  Cost to create a base is 60x the gate rental fees. ;D

you could always buy 4 gates, create the base, then return 3 of them and still have a hub at that airport.
