I don't think so, although someone who is very good at photoshopping could probably do it. If you look at him when he's in the water in Fiji, you can see his feet splashing. And in looking at some of the other places, if you look at his shadow, it matches up with the shadow's of everyone else in the scene. Pretty cool either way.  8)
