In Order to make a profit on routes with the A300 you need a min of 2.4 million a day on a 30 day month. (If my maths is right)
Do people really make profits with thise planes?

No, but there are suckers that will lease them out for that price--especially if the planes are new to the game.

Or the person leasing the plane out just doesnt want the plane showing up as availible when creating new routes.
If someone takes the ill-advised lease; that's their problem

Its a newbie trap! leases should be 10-18% of the aircraft cost.

That is a good ol' fashion newbie trap for sure. The common misconception that some players have is that that is the leasing price for the whole time period rather than a monthly cost.
