Title: [FIXED] Tuscon BUG

Hey there. Today, i decided to open up a focus city in Tucson arizona, after purchasing 50 gates, i went ahead to create a focus city and after doing so, i became negative 4 billion dollars!! Can I have a mod go in and fix this for me please. I would really appreciate that thanks!

for some reason Tuscon's gates are 4.2 million a piece. this is likely how you got so far below.
