Title: So I have every plane up for sale.......
Post by: NorfolkInternational on July 17, 2008, 02:06:49 am
apart from 4 which are leased out.

Do I pay there fuel bills or somthing?

Because....................

0/4/1981 Consolidated Monthly Fuel Expense €9,985,224
1/5/1981 Daily Fuel Expense €430,674

So why am I still paying out 430 grand?

Add to that Im still paying staff costs

Anyone want to buy an Airline?

From what it looks like, the leasing script may be really wrong and it ends up making you pay for the fuel of the aircraft that is leased out (ouch), that is all I can see from putting two and two together.

No I think that's the way it's always been - leasing means that you pay for the fuel bill and maintenance.
It's called a damp lease.
You've always definitely had to pay maintenance on leased out aircraft.

Wow, thats sorta messed up, feel sorry for the guys who have to pay for those larger aircraft when they get leased out. I guess maint. is reasonable, but fuel bill, that sorta sucks. I knew about the maint. costs, but not the fuel costs. Just my opinion.

I am also getting money from the Daily Misc Revenue :?

7/6/1981 Daily Misc Revenue €93,566

Wouldnt the airline who leased the airline get this money? :?

Should be a leasing clause.

Tick box, I pay for fuel (owner)
Tick box, you pay for fuel (leaser)
