This is not directed to the game but more to the website. Some people in their signature, they have pictures. How do they get the picture in their signature because I don't see an upload button.

To change your signature click on "Profile" on the top menu.

You can't upload a logo to the forum. You have to have it published somewhere on the web (use http://www.imageshack.us/ or something similar) and place to the URL to the image in your sig, between the IMG tags.

Actually you can use the one you uploaded into the game as your tag here, I was having a bugger of a time with it and then Stephen fix it with a click of his magic mouse.  apperently I had a letter in the wrong spot...  maybe he will chime in with the code string?

No. Just upload it. It'll give you the BBCode to use in the sig.

When I clicked the thumbnail it took me to an imageshack page with an option to not use thumbnail mode.

Then I just selected the "direct link to image."
