Title: Close Base/Focus City

I've added the delete/close Focus City/Base function, based on the overhaul of the gates page. This will be done using check boxes instead of the traditional link method. Hopefully this is more favourable!

Sorry for the delay with this pretty simple feature.

Can we have check-box style deletes for messages? i'm tired of manually viewing then deleting "X airline has offered you Y aircraft". especially when in batches of 5 or 7 at a time.

how many base can you make?

1 base (at the start of the game) + 5 focus cities (you rent gate and establish later on)
