Does anyone know when Airbus 310s and Boeing 757, 767s will be available in world 8!?

The time it is introduced, and then the time it is pulled out of production, if I am not mistaken ;)

So you want an aircraft that has practically infinite range (as far as the game is concerned), a pax load of 0, a massive cargo hold and can't go anywhere (as in 0 speed)?! :? Though I remember when it was tossed in back in the early 1970s round I think.
this is for all worlds right?
Yes, that list is effective for all worlds, except those that say Commercial Aircraft Only I think, where I think only a portion of that list is avalible. The reason why some things are thrown in crazy years (like a F-27 Cargo variant in the 10th Century) if I remember what I was told correctly was because the game wasn't ready for them yet.

well when they mean 0 santa can get anywhere in a secound! and he should have the pax of a 747 or more! it can all fit in his magic sack!

Non commercial just means no private jets. Airbus and Boeing are, of course, available in those worlds.
NOT before their historic EIS, though.

I think Airbus is more fuel efficient than Boeing if you are talking about fuel consumption.
