Title: ??Is it possible to create new hub in foregin continent???

I already have 5 hubs in eruope in World 7 and wondered is it possible to create a hub in Africa --> south Africa ---> Johannesburg intl, and if so how can you create a hub in africa?

Just the same as you would creating a base in your home continent. Just rent 4 gates and create the base

Remember if you do that it will reduce the limit on hubs in your "home" continent

No, unless you close one hub in Erope. This is because a foreign hub counts as 2 towards the limit. This limit beeing 6 in W7, we can have either 6 hubs in Europe and none in Africa OR 4 in Europe plus 1 foreign.
