Will another world open when W8 reaches 80% full? Or 100% full? Or when a world finishes?

when it is 80% at the moment a new token is given (don't know the time it is exactly)
so it will open when W8 reaches 1038 players.
so you can estimate it in about 1 week

new world at 80% (yes) within an hour of reaching 80%. tokens are given twice a day, a new world script runs once an hour (If i recall correctly at 15 minutes past the hour or so), so there should never ever be a period of more then 1 hour when there's absolutely no slots available in any public worlds.

I hope it takes 6 more days! I need 12 more points to join.... I hate being left in the dust picking for seconds... I joined world 3 a week ago didnt understand the game yet, lost all my money negative route structure, neg cash. I'd love to try my new found knowlege in a fresh game.
