Title: How do I make management decisions?

Without knowing maintenance costs, how can I make management decisions?  Any suggestions?

You can make estimated guesses from the information included in the long thread about maintenance.

aside from the banter, you decide the most fuel efficient aircraft that you can find with the capacity that you need. Maint. isn't a fixed value to each aircraft but depends on your fleet size etc and is worked out using a formula.

at the end, we allways end up losing a lot for mantainance

i think the manteinance fees will be changed because its not really fair as it is. but also keeps big companies from growing TOO fast

for me, 75% of my profit goes for the expenses =/
