Can someone please explain....
What is a private world

They are worlds which (for a large amount of tokens) you can create. You choose all the settings (like starting year, duration, aircraft etc.). You can also put a password on them to stop unwanted people joining.
They cannot yet be created, this will be allowed in the future.

I'm waiting on work back from Daniel D before progressing with some of the final stages. Its a case of putting a few bits together, integrating them and then testing.

Hotswapping, more than likely.
Yes, Free and Paid are worth the same in terms of usage. In monetary value, Free is worth €0, paid is worth a little more.

I have it down to creating the "Create World Button". Once thats done its back to testing. Its in our interests to release them as soon as possible, otherwise the number of people that don't need to purchase tokens will go up.
