Hello,
My problem is the basco route was suddenly dissapeared in my routes but in the view gates basco is still there and utilizing 20%. And because of that my DOP and loadfactor decreased. I'm in world 3 and my airline ID is 13696

Please check you do not have a filter in the view routes screen. On the first box on the right select "View all routes."
When I research the route I can see your airline there (Realgar Airways, DHC-6-300, 2x). Route ID 212757.

It's there.
RGR212757, from MNL to BSO.
A DHC-6-300, on a double frequency, charging $165.
Probably has it filtered out, as mg35pt suggested.
Your DOP and LF are likely reduced by the competing A300B1 on the route - not by the supposed disappearance of the route.

yeah, that route was filtered out by the default setting. I thought it was a bug...
