Title: Buying Gates?

I see in the 'Gate Market' area, you can advertise selling a gate in echange for a/c.

If i give a plane to sombody at LHR for 1 gate, how do i make sure i get it, and not somebody who log on before me, but after he releases it?

That is the risk of gate exchanges.
