Title: Dismantling a terminal

I built a terminal and added several gates, then decided to close the hub. Is there a way to dismantle the terminal or am I stuck paying gate fees for the 16 gates that I built?   8)

Apparently I'm stuck with the terminal and the 16 gates. Guess I'm going to have to create a lot of frequencies from my 7 hubs into Tampa to make it pay for itself.  8)
