Title: Lease to Own

Is there a way if some one wants to buy a plane that they dont have the money for they can pay montly payments untill they do own it

E.X.

A 747 cost 477,729,749 but some one only has 10,000,000 is there a way we can have it where that person pays 3 millon a mouth for it untill it is paid off

Depends on the leasing airline... Of course you can negotiate a deal like this if both parties can agree on terms. You have to keep in mind there's a minimum price for aircraft purchases...

wont work as you are still buying the aircraft off someone, so technically it isnt a lease to buy unless you lease it for a specific time then sell it off

so your basically trying to speed up the game by allowing people who dont have the money to buy the full aircraft to lease it until the lease pays off the total cost? that is why it wont work

he doesnt mean buying it used, he means buying it new (I think) :)

Put in a brokerage request and pray someone would pick it up and finance it for you, then pray you can come up with the additional (65% + mark up) of the price within (plane manufacture days + 71 game days) to pick it up.

I agree.  It can be done, but the agreement must be specific and be held up by both parties.

For the original question in the first post, see my post above.

For suggestion of lease to own, it will be considered when leases are modified to include dry and wet in additional to damp leases.
