And MahonuuAir, email us if you suspect cheat instead of asking such questions here :x

Legally speaking, must be alliance bases or the allowed foreign base in some world.

Just a warning: if you know a bug/cheat and you are abusing it... I will take a look about this later and your airlines will be soooooo dead you wish you just had multiple accounts instead :evil:
