Title: Loading Percentage Factors

I was wondering if I flew a plane with a fast speed (resulting in a short flight time) would I be able to charge more than an airline that flew a slower plane. Also, if demand has already been met for a certain route by other airlines, if I created a route that used a faster plane, would I take away more passengers from the other airlines planes also flying that route?

AM passengers only care about going from A to B. They don't care about how long it takes. So, no, speed is not a factor in any of those situations.

but speed has this advantage:

If you take a 1000 mile route, a plane flying at 200mph will take longer to fly the route than a a 500mph plane, thus taking less time in your available hours on said airplane. So you can put the plane on more routes.

Speed has a certain factor on the ticket price I think. Not much... but a bit.
