What sort of DOP should you preferably have before building a terminal, and also, do you have to pay for the gates after the initial cost of them being built? Ty.

Never build a terminal until you have 25 gates at the hub you are based in  :lol:  And yes you do have to pay for the gates, but at 3/4 of the price you usually pay.

Either that or the airport you're hubbed in ran out of gates.
