Title: Lease Rate

If I lease an aircraft. What do I pay?
Is lease rate per month?
Or is it just a one time payment for the total lease time?

Probably better to have asked this in the "General" section...

Anyway, you pay the value shown every month, on the 1st of the month. For the first month, you pay (the full value) when you take the lease. So if you lease an aircraft on the 20th (as an example) you would pay the lease then and again in 4 days.
