I'm missing money, but now to the tune of 3 million euros.
My cash flow log doesn't balance by the way......
It seems like at every monthly rollover money goes missing. Last monthly rollover it was about 1.1 million, and this monthly rollover it's about 3 million (next thing you know it may be 10 million). I had about 11.5 million euros before the rollover and the finance page shows an operating loss of 10,248,071 euros to date. I'm supposed to have a 1 million euros left+change cash balance, but now I have a -1,508,018 cash balance.
I didn't broker anything at the rollover, bought a Gulfstream for 12 million but that was at about 7AM. Could someone check my financial records (I'm sure it's logged on a computer somewhere-it should be able to be done without suspending the account) and check up on this?

Im having the same problem...everynight my money goes into minuses..
Im wondering if its gate fees...
but they cant be in the 10's of millions
I had 7mil last night and this morning I had 1...
Tonite I had 3.5 mil and now after a hour im in the hole 5 mil...

In the long run, it's just a drop in the bucket, but it's still pretty weird.
Did anyone notice that the credit and debit columns on cash flows don't equal each other?

Yes, at least in the last 3 months. This last one I lost 4.4M.
I think I saw a post by AirElbonia saying it was a bug.

what time does the month rollover btw? that way i can try to be on to see how much is coming out and compare to the monthly expenses

€7,353,962 just vanished from my bank account. That's more than my DOP!
It looks like on the 1st of the month DOP is not credited to our account, only monthly expenses are still subtracted.

Hmm, great. Then the first of this month should be a bloodbath...
I'm like, bleeding money. My cash balance was supposed to be -10,596,358 euros, but it's -14,597,795 euros. That's um, 4 million euros missing.
Is anyone else having this problem?

same happened to me this hour. 9million under now after having 3million cash before. ive emailed the staff already, so no point emailing them again for the time being

weird thing is that the month turns over at 4pm EST here. i do see my DOP added. but then after midnight something is happening that some cash goes missing, does it turn over again or are aliens visiting us? :lol:

thats the problem we are having at the moment. I think its now split so you pay half of the costs at 12 hour intervals therefore in 24 hours the costs are paid. I just realized that it may be this

My turnover time is 9AM EST. What's going on?

As far as time is concerned, the game month turns over at 1PM GMT because StephenM is Irish (can't remember where I heard that) and Ireland runs on GMT+1.
I'm not such an experienced member as others here, but I had assumed your monthly expenses (Gate leases, salaries etc.) were paid at the month rollover. Therefore on all other days of the month you earn whatever your DOP is, but on the first day of the month you pay the expenses that (for me anyway) are several times larger than your DOP. But seeing as regular members are noticing it as an anomaly, I am beginning to question it myself.
I suppose we have to wait for an admin to clarify this.

You are correct in that monthly expenses are payed on the 1st and so, for most players, cash drops below what it was on the 24th.
The problem here seems to be that it drops much further than your monthly expenses.

Apologies for not getting a good chance to look into this earlier, it's been a busy week.
I've identified a bug which may be the cause of this discrepancy, and believe i have fixed it (or at least a part of this overall issue). There was a slight typo between the part of the script which removed the cash for maintenance, and the part of the script which showed the value for maintenance in the cash flow log. This resulted in an under displayed value for maintenance. I have now corrected that error. this was DEFINITELY wrong in the code, however it may not (unfortunately) be 100% of the cause of the discrepancy. I'm going to keep poking about a bit, but this is likely a significant part of the discrepancy.

It's the second time the clock stopped ticking, although Worlds 5 and 6 are supposed to be a day behind the others and we are. Maybe the clock stopped everywhere.

researching a route less than 1000nm shouldn't be more than 50k at the most

There. sorry about that. most recent issue fixed.
rollover is (in most worlds) going to be an hour later then it was before, worlds 5 and 6, two hours later.

so its getting back to normal in 2 real world hours? and also are we going to get our money back? I just realised it was 6million (rounded) from last time plus 700k from the problem here making a grand total of 6.7million to be reimbursed (sound like I'm hitting on Boeing on the 787 delays :lol: )

the money taken out was the correct number, the money displayed as taken out was incorrect. Unfortunately this means if i were to correct numbers to their "actual" numbers, it would only be in the operations department. and that's far trickier then it's worth.

And 1.9million that just went now within one to two seconds and all I did was go to the research route page! thats nearly 10million for me and that can pay for a ATR that I need at the moment :x

Good news is, the top 5 airlines in World 6 are also going to have huge writeoffs too.....probably a lot bigger than 8 million I'm writing off. That 8 million is keeping me hours away from a DC9-50. Grr.
Thank god I'm a privately held corporation though and I own 75% of the company....if I was a publicly traded company, my shareholders would have crucified me.
