hey well my airlinevalue is decreasing didnt spend money my cash is increasing eventhough value decreasing

Your aircraft depreciate - and as they lose value, they contribute a smaller amount to your airline value.

So if your aircraft depreciated more than your cash balance increased, your airline would overall lose value.
