From I saw in the last round it seems that its not so good to have multiple aircraft on a route, is that right?

no its not

its better 1 aircraft 1 frequency for 1 route

I also agree, but I saw some of the top ranked who use multiple CASA 212 on ALL their routes. From my experience that results in competition  for yourself.
