Title: [FIXED] Time of Change of day

I've noticed that the day doesn't advance until something like 11 minutes after the hour. Is this a bug? I remember reading in a previous version that this occured because the server's clock got out of wack.

Server is about 10mins off alright. I reset the clock. It goes out of whack often though.

Aaahh, this will be in about one hour :shock: Need to do something before the month changes...
