Its not a bug, its based on historic prices as pointed out to people like Jps before the launch.

it was a bug, and has been fixed. (however, yes. it does happen in Feb first as i recall).

What maintenance? The plane just started flying. If you have maintenance for january of your first year, that means you had a defective plane.
