Do you have to have money with you to create a base?
So I could be in debt and still buy 4 gates and create a base?

need cash to create base and buy/lease aircraft

can rent gate from airports you don't have gate at with negative cash

You need around 5-20m to make a hub.

Oh and turn off the caps.. really annoying...
