I still have not gotten a reply, how long does it usually take.

1. you got your reply just now~
2. it is only 1.5 hours since we got your email. We are actually human so please be patient.
3. it is hectic behind the scene although it apears calm at the front end. We are trying to refrain from killing someone.

It usually takes about 2 mintues to about 16 hours, depending on the time of the day you emailed us and the availability of the staff.
