Title: Focus Cities [Foreign] Total?
Post by: dbesse757 on April 04, 2008, 09:22:15 pm: What does Focus Cities [Foreign] Total mean? Is that how many focus cities we are allow? If so, is the [foreign] mean we can have a focus city in a different region?

Post by: MrOrange on April 04, 2008, 09:23:35 pm: The first number is the total number of focus cities allowed, the last number between the brackets is the number of hubs (out of the total) that can be in other continents than your home continent.

With the foreign focus cities, you can base in anywhere in the world basically which can give you a lot of advantages (as I learned through the testing stages of MW; 1.9billion cash a day while based in ATL, ORD, LHR, DXB, SYD and HND!)

Yup :D quite rightly said and I just did :lol: At the end I had 10billion cash so I decided to randomly buy 25 742's and 1450 fletchers :lol:

Yes, it's true. [1] 7 means you can have 1 foreign fc, out of 7 total fc's. the foreign fc (unless classified as unlimited) takes 2 total focus city slots. in this scenario you either can have 7 fc's in your home continent, or 1 foreign and 5 in your home continent.

Post by: Air Elbonia on April 05, 2008, 08:28:25 pm: it'll say it is, and it will read [unlimited] 7. in this case, you can have up to all of your fc's be outside of your home continent. there is also the possibility (however it is highly unlikely to be pursued in public worlds] for having unlimited fc's overall. So, in private games, you might see [unlimited] unlimited.
