Title: All Passenger vs Commercial Passenger aircraft

Noticed some worlds are for "All Passenger Aircraft" while others are for "Commercial Passenger Aircraft Only". What's the difference in AM? It's like small Cessnas, for instance, are not commercial aircraft?

BizJets won't be in commercial aircraft worlds.

There could possibly be some issue because there could be some accidental mis-catagorization of aircrafts.
