Title: Logo problem

Hello,
I want to upload a logo for my airline but it keeps rejecting even though it meets the criteria of 90x300 pixels.  And I tried every format gif, png, jpeg. What ever I do the logo keeps being rejected please help. My airline ID is 10790. What should I do? Please help.

Are you using IE or Firefox? IE doesn't work with logo uploading, that's a known issue.

if you are using IE, email :staff: with your logo.
