According to the Monthly Transport & Traffic Statistics of 2007 (Path: Home > Community > Heldere Kijk > Concurrentiepositie), the yearly passenger data of Schiphol have increased again. It slightly depends on whether you want to include charter passengers or not.

If yes: 47 744 748
If no: 43 703 364

the only time chartered don't count, is either when 100% ignored in the statistics provided from an official source (gov't, airport website, airport manager/owner's website), or whenever a reasonable estimate has been applied and pity has been granted on the poor airport.  Generally, GA only airports don't easily make it in, but if the numbers are accurate with a reliable, reasonably trustworthy site, it can make it in. (heh. there's a few FAA listed GA airports with more pax enplaned then some of the smaller flagged commercial airports).

Updated.
