What states/Airports are near Denver
-
You know... not wishing to be mean but honestly maybe you should look at a map before you post on the forum. Part of the game is learning where to fly to and using the resources that are easily available like wikipedia and google maps to find the information you need.

I can understand your problem. I had little knowledge of US Geography until I started using VATSIM and Flying through Flight Simulator in the US. What also helped was playing these games. I suggest you use the Gate Search utility to find airports near your base.
-
I doubt that the gate search utility will help cause you need to know the airport code. What I suggest you do is to to go google maps and look over there. Thats where I find airports close to my hubs/bases

You do? What is that distance column for, then? Find the smallest numbers.
-
You both mean different gate search utilities. The one you should be using can be found by going to View Routes > Gate Search (link on the right of the route table)
-
Gates with a low cost means its nearby?

Nope, means that there are less passengers from that airport, thus less demand

distance column from where? There is nothing that shows the distance from a airport to another In AM within a certain range

 to get my planes delivered last night for example
But Ive seen gate search before on the view routes page, but I thought that was like a mini search engine that searches for a specific gate code
-
The way I did it when I was based out of Cuba last round: I always had a 2nd tab open besides AM that showed me a map of Central or North America. Of course you still gotta know what you are looking for, but often it's way easier than using the "research route"-function!

Dont even think of asking again, otherwise I will delete your account. :)

Uh, I'm thinking Atlas or Globe. I always use my globe while searching for new routes in AM.
