Title: Broker Request Markup Issue

I'm trying to submit a broker request to D Express for 5 x DC-7C at a -5% markup.

However, when I submit the request, it only shows a -2% markup.

I'm having the same problem.  While attempting to place orders with brokers, it will only let me do a standard -2 markup.

D Express is not accepting ingame broker requests at this time.
