Sam is a bit lost for words tonight. You cannot become an official broker, but there are plenty of tools in place to allow you to broker aircraft at the same time.

You can, but not an official broker.

Go to the Aircraft Market, see Broker Requests. If there is any, you can take it.

Now, since you're not an official broker, you won't get any discounts on aircraft. So do not take requests with a markup of 0%.
