Title: Game clock out of sync

I know it's trivial; but....

I've been playing for exactly two weeks now and the game clock seems to be dragging.  It used to update within 30 seconds of the hour; two weeks later it's updating at about 4:30 past the hour.

I was 4mins out, and 5 hours off the timezone settings (Someone in EST reset the clock)

Clock is shifting again.  Minute-thirty late as of this evening.

The server must run its clock of a pendulum.

Brought forward by a minute to my watch (Which is set according to the Irish Railway network...)
