isn't the Gate fees and leases pay at first day of a month?
I joined an alliance/established a focus city long time ago.

Did you pay a reserve price for a plane through a broker?

Was it your cash or just the value that decreased?

My Airline Value also tends to change constantly, it sometimes varies 4 or 5 million and then turns back or not...

Funny, I think the same happened to me once. Placed a broker request, retracted it, got money back but not company value.

Trouble is, I'm no 100% sure. Didn't make note of before/after values.

Finance screen (operations department) shows the money "spent" under "New aircraft purchases" even though the transaction didn't go through.

As I said, I'm not entirely sure. Could someone please check?

Checked.

There is not refund entries in the operations department. That is true.

Cash deposit is refunded successfully.

Company value has not decreased.

Just for clarification: unlike what I thought happened, retracting a request does (falsely) increase company value?

If so, is it possible to correct that?

I'm asking because, even though I did it only once (and I could almost swear I lost value, must I'm probably mistaken), placing a request for a plane that takes too long to be taken, getting enough money in the meantime to buy the plane directly and going for it might be somewhat frequent. Should that happen, what would be the best way to solve it? Mailing staff to have the request canceled?

That is correct as of right now and it is going to be corrected. This is a cheat that if anyone continue to abuse, would get disciplined.

I retracted a couple requests earlier because I requested the wrong aircraft at the wrong time... this was not intentional on my part, and it doesn't seem to have increased my value any.

Edit: This hour I just retracted another request because the broker (Skylite) isn't picking them up and I want my money back to make an order... I won't be placing any more requests until I know that Skylite is open.
