Since people say that many in-game pax/cargo data are outdated I began to look for newer statistics. I hope others will follow and provide the information here.
Instead of sending PMs for each airport update I find I will start a thread for it.
Sources are official airport (or owners) homepages, Civil Aviation Authority, Ministry of Statistics or Ministry of Transportation sites.
Admins: Please delete the airports here when implemented to shorten this thread.

:wink: I have seen that page already but as you noticed, too, they do not provide the data for the complete year 2007. I could not even find 2006 data on that page. If you are searching for various other airports you may once again experience the same.
BTW: I will visit those pages from time to time and pass the data when available. :D

DHA (Saudi Arabia) is now an Air Base and does not have any scheduled service anymore since JED was opened. For the list of airports in Saudi Arabia see here:

Thx for doing this. I went through all of Thailand yesterday. Hope it will be updated soon. If everybody takes one or 2 countries we could be awash in new destinanations and updated ones soon. This will help fight overcrowding :)

Hey, people were complaining about how to find sources for airport pax/cargo data. I simply post those sources here :D To be honest: I already submitted probably over 50 airports in the last round and in this round and passed several updated pax/cargo data directly to the staff. I am afraid they dont like to receive any mails/PMs from me anymore - or at least they need to hire someone to do all those updates :wink:
In the meanwhile I have found Sri Lanka airport statistics. Unfortunatly for the biggest international airport only:

It shows almost 4.6M pax instead of 2.8M in the game.

Jan, email is preferred to those emails listed on the staff page. It may take time to update but its gladly accepted. I transferred your data onto Rick who's task it is to work on this area.

As Stephen wrote some posts before please send updates to hpscot08 INCLUDING your reliable sources (wiki is not one of those).
Use the airport submit page to add new airports that you find here:
http://www.airlinemogul.com/airlinemogul/submit_airport.php
These will be checked by the staff and implemented in the game as soon as possible.
Those of you that are not familiar with the submit page should note the following:
1. Do not enter special characters in the line of the airport name. Such as ÄÖÜß.:,:-+ and so on. The name should not exceed a given number (which I currently do not remember. It happened many times to me when I submitted long named Mexican airports :? )
2. If you do not have cargo data for the airport fill that field with 1.
3. If you experience problems when submitting visit the forums and feel free to ask. I know there are a lot of people that will help you :D

The validated sources i could get to load in the past... however long i've been tinkering with this thread... Have been updated.
i believe i edited the person's post every time. I was also kind enough to add airports as i went, when i saw them... as annoying as it was at times [-_- i'll see if i cant make the multiworlds script for submit airport reload the form with all your preset data. man that was frustrating at times.]
