how the hell can you have 18.8 million DOP already?? one thing i dont understand is how the hell do you get to that amount of DOP? most i've reached last round is 6million

They'r ecertainly based out of very big airports for most of them ( such as Chicago O'hare for the first one)

The ones that have FT at the end of their names are a group from flyertalk.com They are experienced frequent fliers and tend to know their stuff. Don't mess with them cause you'll get smooched :twisted: :twisted: :twisted:

I still think it is quite high. I am at 1.5 million right now and will see it go to 1.7 mill approx in 6 hours or so from now. Which will give me 1/10th of them. And Bangkok isn't such a bad airport anyway (although since last year bangkok got a second airport as the old Don Meaung was brought back to life as the new one is already at capacity)

Safe to assume the Top 10 (excluding brokers) are all based at 350k airports. One thing I've noticed is that the new DOP algorithm appears to penalize those based at smaller airports a lot more than those based at larger airports.

Currently I only have 4.6 DOP myself, but because I am too lazy to setup good routes, but have ordered 7 more planes now :)

Its easy to get huge DOP. I got it up to 120m in one game at the start of last year.

Yah. I'm based out of Havanna and I only get a dop of 240k out of 4 aircraft.

I've done the same feat that Europacific is doing when I was based in FRA last round. That figure is hardly high or unusual.
