Go to Operations Department to see where your finance is REALLY going...
Click on the link on the top right hand corner to go to Operations Department...

Not sure but i think mine is inaccurate as well although it is not saying 0 like yours. Will let you know when i get back from work.

Correct, you will see your costs in the operations department, under Gate Costs on the left hand side.

It appears the amount is getting deducted every month, but it's just not being displayed on the finance sceen.

So I would say this is just a cosmetic bug at this point.

Standard proceduces require the id of the player... for a variety of reasons :)
