Title: [fixed]Alliance Base Again

This same problem happened before, An alliance base wont show in the list
Mexico City owned by Luso Leasing [IG], the same thing happened to GweBs with his base in Africa.
I noticed that this happened when they both changed continent.

i just ran an update to catch up the gates to where they should be for alliance status'... hope that fixed it.
