Title: Base won't close. [fixed]

Type: Can't close base
Description: I'm trying to close my base at MCI. I receive the "Your base at Kansas City has been closed sucessfully." message, but the base does not close. All routes out of the airport have been closed.
Airline Details: 7641, Thanatos Air

Fixed. sorry, i was fixing a bug... and wound up making a bug in the process. how lovely.

Anyways, i forgot to define a variable if a certain condition wasn't met, so the query wasn't going through right... now that variable is defined and all is well.

By the way, i tested this out by closing your MCI base.  hope you don't mind.
