Title: IMPORTANT - Reporting a bug

If reporting a bug about a:
First, We will need the ID of that item! It is very important that we are told its ID.

Second, give a type of problem (Problem with gate slots, aircraft hours... etc)

Third, we need a good description of what the problem is and what you did that resulted in that problem.

Fourth, we need an airline name and ID, as well as the world id, as in [W1], [W2]...etc. (Who do we fix otherwise?)
(Your account id is a number that could be found in your admin page in the game.)

Fifth, keep one (1) bug per thread. If you have multiple bugs, please post in multiple threads.

Sixth, we will reply as soon as possible with a fix.

Example:

ID: 000 (Note: This is the ID of the airport, aircraft or route you're posting the bug for)
Type: No hours on aircraft
Description: I was just closing my routes when I checked the aircraft and found it had no hours left on it. It now shows 0.
Airline Details: Aer Solas - ID 1 [W1]

Please use that format for best results.
