Title: [NOT A BUG]Didn't receive Gate Usage Warning

I know you are tinkering with gate returns, so I'm sure it is being worked on, but I received no Gate Usage Warnings for the gates that got flagged this month. The flags also didn't appear until 2 or so hours after the month rollover.

Sorry, i ran that portion of the process a little late to try to identify what's going wrong.  at present rates, it won't do any harm unless i fix it successfully... in which case, sorry for the advance of running it.

It is no big deal, I figured it was part of the overall issue. Just reporting it in case it wasn't.  :wink:
