I'm trying to lease a DC-3 at just above 5%.

Its appraised value is €3,009,572 (book value is €5,835,675), thus, the minimum lease rate should be €150,479. When I try to enter €152000 as the lease rate, I get the following error message.

Sorry, the minimum rate on a lease for this aircraft is €195,955. Please go back and try a different rate.

So I bought a plane with an even lower appraised value (€2,947,013; book value €3,750,000), I got the exact same error message.

Plane IDs are 4195 and 5634.

Not a bug. This is how the script is set up. The leases are based on the listed prices, while the sales are based on appraised values.

5% of DC-3 list price (€3,926,957) is €196,348. So something is off by about about €400.

I'd also like to suggest that leasing rates be tied to appraised value, as well.
