Title: What would be the difference between Hubs and focus cities?

I was going through the wiki and noticed that when hubs will come, bases would be limited to 4.
so now im asking what are hubs for?

We can't really answer that yet, because the staff are still tweaking with that concept.

If focus cities are going to be the same and the bases are possibly better that means there's going to be more space for airlines to expand?
