Title: Customized Logos

How do you guys get all these customized logos?  All I know how to do is find a NWA banner on Google and upload it.  Is there anyone that could help me out with making a logo or that knows someone who could?

digifreak did mine.  Just remember to send a plane his way at 50% for the effort (He doesn't ask for payment, I just think it's the right thing to do)
