Title: [fixed] Lost frequency

I have a route (MTY-ORD) operating with 1 frequency.  However, when I tried to edit the route it showed up in the Edit Route page as a 0.5 frequency flight, and it wouldn't allow me to change it to a 1 frequency (as if I didn't have enough hours).  For now I've left it as the 1 frequency.

Fixed. The problem was, you had the plane at exactly 24 hours use, and the route time had some trailing thousandth of a decimal point that was causing a ruckus.  it's corrected now.
