Title: monthly lease costs not calc'ing correctly

Finance details seem to indicate my monthly equipment leasing costs are 1.8mm

When I add it up, my cost should be 1.2mm

I suspect this bug is related to the previous bug I filed under the thread "Leasing gone terribly awry!".
